Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds may be handled for memberships, event registrations, and paid programs purchased through our website. This policy is intended to be fair and transparent and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Bahrain consumer protection regulations.
1) Events / Workshops / Paid Programs (Individual Registrations)
Unless a specific program page states different terms, refunds may be available as follows:
- 7+ days before the event/program date: Full refund
- 3–6 days before the event/program date: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours / no-show: No refund
2) Cancellations or Rescheduling by PWBS
- If PWBS cancels a program/event, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date/session (if available).
- If PWBS reschedules and you cannot attend the new date, a refund will be offered.
3) Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is approved/activated, unless otherwise stated on the membership page or required by applicable law.
4) Corporate Bookings / Consultancy
Corporate programs and consultancy refunds (if any) are subject to the agreed proposal/contract terms.
5) Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Tap. Processing time depends on the payment network and the issuing bank.
6) How to Request a Refund
Please email info@pwbs.bh with:
- Full name
- Program/event name and date
- Transaction reference (if available)
- Reason for the request
